DM Engineering Consultants LLC – Post Tension was founded in 2021 by Héctor M. Ladino (President) and Héctor F. Vergara, P.E. (Vice President of Engineering 2024). In 2022, Mr. Ladino, a Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree in Geotechnics and Foundations from the National University of Colombia, obtained a specialization in Structural Engineering. Additionally, he earned his General Contractor license in the State of Florida and is currently in the process of obtaining his P.E. license. He is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Post-Tensioned Construction at the University of San Francisco California, enabling the firm to offer comprehensive engineering and construction solutions.

With over 38 years of combined experience in the structural engineering and construction industry, the management team brings a strong technical foundation. Mr. Vergara is a Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed in Florida and a Special Inspector (S.I.) with over three decades of experience in the design, analysis, and inspection of structural systems. Mr. Ladino, on the other hand, has held key operational roles, including Foreman, Site Supervisor, and Project Manager, and currently oversees operations and business development as the firm’s owner.

Together, they have led a wide range of structural projects, including low- and high-rise buildings, post-tensioned concrete systems, and large-scale multi-phase developments throughout Florida. Their hands-on approach, along with a commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, sets DM Engineering Consultants apart as a trusted partner in the industry.
