Founded in 2021 by Héctor M. Ladino (President) and Héctor F. Vergara, P.E. (Vice President of Engineering), DM Engineering Consultants LLC delivers high-level structural and post-tensioned solutions across the region.
In 2022, Mr. Ladino, a Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree in Geotechnics and Foundations from the National University of Colombia, obtained a specialization in Structural Engineering. Additionally, he earned his General Contractor license in Florida, is currently in the process of obtaining his P.E. license, and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Post-Tensioned Construction at USF.
